Collections Representative Responsibilities :

• Meet collection goals
• Assist with loan processing
• Attend training sessions
• Help maintain branch compliance
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service

• 5-day work week
• No Sundays
• Full-time
• Average 5 hours of overtime each week
• Overtime pay for hours over 40
• Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
• At least 1 Saturday off each month
• Location hours : M-F 9-7, Sat 9-4

Collections Representative Requirements :

• Collections, customer retention, or call center experience
• Able to work the listed hours
• Good computer & customer service skills
